This is a cosy little hotel in an excellent location near Paddington Station. We had 2 rooms. The twin was a good size, the single was very small. A cooked breakfast is included in the price and is very good.

Great location, a couple of minutes walk to Paddington Station to get a tube to anywhere, which was incredibly handy. The staff are very friendly and polite.

Staff were excellent, and very accommodating and helpful.Location was great close to all types of transport. Room was warm and nice and clean with fresh towels every day. Breakfasts were excellent and varied, with choice of 2 cereals, fried breakfast, tea,coffee, fruit juices and fresh fruit, additional amounts of toast if required. staff were all very attentive, clearing courses and asking requirements for full satisfaction 👌👍 Room tea making contents, replenished every day and clean fresh towels. Also nice hot water in bathroom for washing and showers.

Communication with the hotel was good. The front of house staffer Flavio was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, as it was just a short walk to the Paddington Station. My single room was number 12 - perfectly adequate for a night's stay - the bed was comfortable and the attached shower room was clean. The hotel reassured me that the bed bugs situation was dealt with in 2019 and that many other hotels in London also had similar outbreaks. I checked my bed thoroughly and it was clean and had fresh linen. I had a very good night's sleep.

Close to Paddington station and plenty of places to eat Staff always very nice and good breakfast Get a lot for your money and during such a cold night lovely hot radiator and comfy bed
