Manager was excellent I booked for wrong days and refunded me and I came in late and he came to drop off the keys great customer service and location worth the money 100%

Location was good, close to Paddington station. Quadruple room was roomy and perfect for family. Toiletries including toothbrush and slippers provided

I liked the fact it was close to everything, got given a fob key so had 24/7 access to the front door which makes it easier not having to worry about the card not working like in other hotels. The room was small but had everything needed in it. The cleaner came everyday and did have the option for room service; but I just went and bought food before coming back, so didn't use it. The staff were really nice!
