Great place to stay, right around the corner from the touring buses, close to Paddington station, easy walk to Hyde park. The staff were fantastic, especially on the front desk who would take the time to talk to the children every time we were down stairs. If we had any mishaps they were quick to help, including helping with the kids toys to be fixed. We will definitely be back again, the room was a great size too lots of room and great view over the park land next door.

The room we were given didn’t suit and they instantly fixed it by providing another room. Friendly staff even let at night.

The hotel is located in an area close to public transport and main attractions. The size of the apartment was great for a family. The service from Erminia one of the reception staff was second to none. The team also made arrangements for us to move apartments to one that had a washing machine which was fantastic. The building is a lovely character property which once renovated will look fantastic.

Very short walk from Paddington station, great location. Room was cleaned, bed changed and made, replenished every day. Reception staffed 24hr. Relatively quiet, not a lot of noisy traffic outside, no noisy neighbours during our stay. A nice small apartment room to yourself with kitchen and bathroom.

Stayed here before and enjoyed it. This time was a bit different. Very noisy and you could feel the cold air coming through the closed windows. Shower had no pressure. Beds were comfortable though. We only stayed one night on our way home. Would probably stay here again if we were staying longer as you have a lounge area and kitchen plus two bedrooms
