Great location for museums and the London underground. Comfortable, clean lovely complementary toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits and bottled water, with very pleasant staff to greet you and answer any queries.

The room was a good size, lovely bed, beautiful décor. Most hotel rooms in London are small, dingy and dated unless you pay for the top end. This was lovely not even any anomalies in the bathroom. Great view down Cromwell road. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location, near the underground, it is in a safe and reasonably quiet area, the room was comfortable and large, large comfortable bed, temperature control panel, good functional bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, fast check-in, adequate breakfast, no problems

Great location, close to Gloucester Road tube station, on Piccadilly Line, which was perfect for our purposes. Very clean. Good sized, comfortable bed and sufficient storage space for a short stay. Staff very helpful.

The hotel is in a convenient location, near the underground. The room was large and comfortable. It was possible to regulate the temperature, which was handy. The bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom was modern and functional. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate.

The property has been refurbished and its grand. Was our second stay there, and our room was big enough with a view far better than the first time. Continental breakfast was good. We had a drink at night time in the cosy bar, which was nice before going in bed. The location is perfect to visit London and there are plenty bars and restaurants around. The staff is nice and helpful.
