The location was excellent for what we needed the room for, plus it felt safe. The staff were pleasant and professional. Luggage storage was much appreciated as I had lots of bags with me and needed to drop them off before check in.

Room was basic but clean and reasonably freshly decorated. Good heating plus tea & coffee facilities. Small but clean shower room, plenty of warm water, clean towels. Hotel provides room only, no food at all but that was as expected. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Reasonable value for money for London.

Arriva Hotel was very nice! The staff was friendly and the rooms were well equipped, warm, clean, and comfy. The bed was very nice. Location was also great. I recommend it!
