Fantastic location. Staff were very welcoming. There was a problem with the room we booked so we were given a different room for one night but the change was smoothly handled while we were out for the day.

Great location, so close to South Ealing station. Friendly staff, very quick and easy check in and check out. Generous with facilities in room, e.g. TV, water, tea, towels

We just needed somewhere to overnight after an event. Hotel was easy to get to from the event and fine for sleeping in.
