The fine print
The property will send you an email with check-in information, access codes and emergency contact details, once payment has been made. If you have any questions after reading this email, please contact the property. Please be advised this property operates a self check in process. After the property receives your payment, you will be sent a key code by email 3 days before arrival. You will need to bring this key code with you to the property to let yourself in. If you do not have your key code, you will not be able to access the property. If you have booked to arrive within the next 14 days, you will be required to provide a copy of your passport within 48 hours of arrival. Please be advised that bed linen is provided per bed and not per person. Any additional linen will need to be requested in advance, is subject to availability and additional cost. Whilst we provide a very good and reliable internet service, we do not provide compensation should the WiFi signal drop out from time to time or if a third party should sever the line. We have good IT support and issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues reported to us can sometimes take up to 48 hours to repair/replace, unless extremely urgent. However, we endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible. As the apartment is in central London, some street noise may be heard when inside the apartment. This is unavoidable with construction sites close by. We will report any construction activity outside reasonable hours to the council. We do not supply 3 pin adaptors. Please bring your own to the property. We are unable to inspect empty boxes and bags left in the property for mislaid items and cannot be held responsible for any losses.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city. Everything, metro stations, restaurants, bars, markets, and attractions are a few minutes walk away. There are a few steps to the second floor which is a little difficult when you have suitcases but the location really makes up for it. Just one observation with the hot shower water that you need to reduce the water flow to get enough temperature. The apartment has all the necessary facilities for a family. Excellent for the value and location.

This property has everything you need, the separate bedroom, bathroom and lounge/dining was excellent for our family of 3. I had read a lot about the stairs and the small shower, and whilst the stairs are typical England stairs, we didn’t find a problem with them at all. My husband is 6.4 and built like a front row rugby player and whilst getting in the shower was a bit tight he said it was fine once he was in. I found the pressure and heat perfect, and there is ample room in the bathroom itself to dry and change. It is a warm property and the fans provided were perfect. We were there over a weekend after a long flight and didn’t find the noise too bad from the street below, which is only foot traffic so moves on quickly. The couch was comfortable and I used the mattress topper provided. The washing machine combination dryer worked wonderfully. I loved the large rubbish bin in the kitchen. Access was super easy, even after a 14 hour flight and at 10pm in the evening.

Our experience with this apartment has been just perfect!! (2 adults + 2 kids). Super clean, bedroom and sofa-bed are super confortable, kitchen is perfectly equipped, and the location is awesome. Communication with the ownership couldn’t be better, they replied inmediatly to all our messages. You won’t make a bad choice with this apartament, guaranteed :)

Brilliant central location, it is walking distance to the main areas and close enough to a tube and bus stop to reach anywhere else. Apartment had everything we needed, especially a freezer if remember to take/buy ice cube bags. We stayed in the middle of a hot summer and 2 large fans where provided.

It's in an excellent location in the heart of Covent Garden, where most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance. My family don't really need to use public transport. There are also so many nice restaurants in the area. Overall, the facilities are adequate and comfortable and provide everything I need. Even if I need something else, there is a Tesco just around the corner, a minute's walk away. The instructions from the staff are also crystal clear, giving me all the information I need.

The location is amazing! Right in the middle of Covent Garden! It's close to everything and you can either walk to all major sightseeing sites or take the tube (there's a stop a couple of minutes from the apartment). Sarah and Caroline have been most helpful and kind! Communication is excellent with both as they respond quickly to any issues or assistance you may require. Also, checking in and out is very easy and straight forward!
