This hotel is very good value for money for where it is, the staff who were in reception when I arrived were helpful with the checking in process, the room was nice and clean, and they also provided some refreshments (tea, coffee, milk sachets, water etc)

The hotel was lovely, clean and welcoming, the staff were excellent and it was a 1 minute walk to the tube station which was great but was still in a nice quiet side road

Hotel contacted a day before check in to confirm check-in time and check-in instructions were sent clearly with code system at hotel. Seems like very good and personable customer service over the phone until handbag went missing and was informed by hotel that it was nowhere to be seen or reported although they ended up handing it back over when police were mentioned straight away Decent Wi-Fi
