This is the second time we have stayed here. Largely because of the location in heart of StJames’s - Jermyn St, Piccadilly and Bond St on doorstep. Staff excellent overall, helpful and accommodating particularly in bar/restaurant.

My second stay at the St James Hotel & Club and I received the same exceptional service from the staff at the hotel, I was given a room upgrade to a fabulous room with huge (and extremely comfortable) bed and dressing room. So often at hotels you aren't able to open windows to get fresh air so I was extremely pleased to be able to get fresh air in the room in the morning. Wonderful bathroom too with roll top bath and a shower with seat.

Excellent location Lovely staff. Fantastic room. Upgraded to the St James Suite which was truly amazing, with views across the London roof skyline to Big Ben. Thank you for making our stay so memorable

the team from reservation to concierge to reception to bar to check-out all very friendly and helpful. the bar drinks and food quality and service were of top quality the room quiet and very cozy

I wanted a hotel in this location. And this one is really great. There are quite a few parks nearby. I also love St. James Park. On the other side, a few metres away is Picadilly. I have only been in the bar in the hotel. I didn't have breakfast. The staff are numerous, friendly and helpful.

Beautiful building, nice lounge/bar, easy to check in, friendly staff, good bed, good shower, walking distance to Soho, Mayfair, St James Park, the Palace, Big Ben etc. Overall a lovely hotel to spend a few days when visiting West London!

A very elegant and well maintained boutique hotel in the heart of London. Close distance to well knows spots in London and also a bit hidden from the Main Street, so is very quite. Staff friendly.
