Staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering me an early check-in and early (and excellent!) breakfast the next morning. Coffee was very good. Shared toilet/shower was very clean, room was clean, bed comfortable. There was even an adaptor in case guests forget to bring a UK one. Very well located close to 2 tube stations and within walking distance of many points of interest (parks, museums) and restaurants, pubs.

Always a friendly family atmosphere. Very well priced accomodation in a prime London location. It is my only place to stay in London, Cannot be bettered for me.

Very standard hotel + Great water pressure in shower Friendly staff Great location Decent sized room (single) Breakfast included (very basic english) - Not very soundproof, you could hear everything from the neighbours In need of a deep clean, lots of crumbs in corners and something had been dripping on the wall

Nice friendly, atentive staff, very clean facilities with nice extras, tea & coffee in room and shampoo & conditioner for each guest in bathroom. Also 2 towels for each guest. Breakfast was lovely, basic hot food which was really nice and plenty of other options to fill you up.

Very nice and friendly staff, the room was practical and clean with a comfortable bed, great breakfast. Very good located 5 min from the tube station. Absolutely recommended

Room was small but clean, and the breakfast was sufficient. (full english plus extra yogurt, fruits etc) Well located near the train station. I am not super fussy, as long as I have a clean room with a comfortable bed, then I'm happy, and this is what I got. The mattress and pillows were good, staff were friendly. If you're good with no frills and clean - this is great!

Close to stations, shops and food places. Clean friendly, and very quiet area. Staff were welcoming and you even get a hot breakfast :) will deffinatly stay again
