Loved our stay. Don’t feel we enjoyed the hotel enough as we were out most of the time but was very impressed with the staff, the decor, comfort, location and little thoughtful touches throughout. Would definitely return

This hotel is a real gem. And this should be enough for someone who wants to enjoy a memorable stay in London. The location is perfect. Honestly, I can't think of a better neighbourhood. Pavilion street and its cafés and restaurants is really very agreeable, and we had a great dinner (with unforgettable cocktails) at Fuji Grill, very close by. The hotel is a very beautiful building with class; the lift is a masterpiece, and the library, a room where we always wanted to return. As aesthetics are very important to us, this establishment was exactly what we were looking for, from this point of view. The room was well decorated and the bathroom although small, very luxurious. Also, what was offered in the room (tea, coffee biscuits) was very generous. The room and bathroom were immaculate, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast included free-range eggs, which could be confirmed by their "wow!" taste.

I had the pleasure of staying at Chelsea Townhouse, and I must say, everything was absolutely delightful. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, exceeding my expectations in every way. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was quite convenient.

Oscar and all the staff absolutely delightful and so helpful. I like the various small rooms and lounges that enable you to work and relax rather than being in your room.

The location is incredible, and the staff went above and beyond for us. We got home late from Taylor Swift, and they concierge made us food at 12:30am! We will be back!
