The location was superb and the staff were attentive, however the shower was blocked when we arrived and had clearly been that way for some time. It took a number of visits from staff to clear and the smell was bad for a day or two (I should say they did offer to move us the next day). There were also no instructions as to how the heating worked and so we didn't know how to completely shut it off, which meant our autistic child was awake at 3.30am due to the heat and no way to open the windows. We then had to sign a waiver to get someone to come and open the windows which was strange, and would have been better to be built in to the check in process as having to ask someone to come and open them at 5am while my family were in bed wasn't great. It's a shame these things happened as the apartment itself is a great location and the staff are very welcoming, but these issues were avoidable. I hope this feedback is taken in the constructive way it is meant.

Perfect location. Clean, cozy and comfortable apartments. Very quiet. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket and Holborn underground station in the same street. Three of us travelling and all very happy with everything and would definately book again!

Location was perfect, close to tube station, supermarket 5 mins, Top Secret comedy club 2 doors away, Westend theater area, only a short walk away. Layout of apartments meant that noise was not a problem. TV in sitting room and Bedroom had Chromecast. Bed was large and comfortable.

This is the ideal hotel for my wife and myself. The service is great, the rooms are spacious and you can't beat the location. Definately worth every penny.
