Tim on front desk was professional, courteous and welcoming. Room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Great shower and really appreciated 👏

Breakfast was basic but coffee good.Good central location.It also has a gym.Which guests can use.

There were 5single beds and great size wardrobes for each bed, bedside cabinets and a little table & chair per bed. Also 2 very small fridges. The room was bright.. very close to Bayswater & Queensway Tubes.. The shower was clean and the shower head was moveable which is good 👍🏻 Breakfast included however l didn’t get to have any … (l’d like to to say thank you to the lovely Irish chap in the kitchen who’d offered me cup of tea, so kind of him )
