Manish on reception was absolutely fantastic, really welcoming and so polite he made our stay memorable and we will definitely be returning, The property was stunning, I think I heard someone say it was newly restored, well they have done a amazing job, it’s stunning and so worth the money, can’t thank you all enough for a lovely stay !

Cosy room with city view, pleasant and helpful staff. Conveniently located walking distance from the station. I like the coffee machine and tea/coffee facilities.

We had a room upgrade and the room was lovely nice comfortable bed, big TV, amenities included, we were also given a voucher for two free drinks at the bar.

Very good location, the hotel is new and staff very polite. Breakfast is good and it has English breakfast and continental breakfast, you can choose in the buffet. I would recommend it.
