The staff were really friendly and although there were some complications with the venue being double booked, the staff rang me in advance to discuss the options. Not only were the staff great, the room and food was wonderful.

Lee Abbey was a great place to stay. You have to take into consideration that it is primarily student accommodation and not a hotel. The rooms are fairly basic (no TV) but there is a tea tray with kettle tea coffee etc. I was allocated a disabled access room ( though not requested) which is next to the main entrance and reception.This could be a bit noisy at times but as it was for one night and I was out all evening it wasn't a big issue, and was quiet when I returned.The room is spacious , with a large bathroom ( wet room) with 2 small shower gels provided . The beds were comfortable to sleep in , although a little wobbly if you moved about too much.A very good evening meal and breakfast is included which was delicious Everyone was very happy and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there..

The location was great. This community is very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet which I did not expected because of the students all around us. The room was small but comfortable. There is very beautiful garden. It was good value for the money. We had a half board, the food was fine.

The location was great, easy and quick 5 min walk to earls court with several lines that take you to the centre. The area is safe, and all walkable to Hyde park and surrounding sites. For the price we were not expecting a lot but were pleasantly surprised! The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was a massive bonus, great food and choice! Our room was extremely clean and quiet.

Pleasant student accommodation in very accessible part of London. Canteen style food was ok. Friendly & helpful staff. Hire bikes available very close by, which was great.

It was very quiet and in a good location not far from Earl's Court tube. The room was clean and reception staff showed us to our room how to access the building. There was an excellent breakfast included as well as comfortable seating areas. I would definitely recommend Lee Abbey as a place to stay.
