There was no bottle of water in the fridge. We wanted to increase the room temperature, but it wasn’t possible. If it had been one degree higher, it would have been much better.

We were upgraded to a King bed which was perfect. Loved the sheets. Room fitted our needs. And we loved the dining room. our stay was short and we were very happy not to have to look for restaurants.

Excellent location near the University of Western Ontario, Masonville Place Mall, University Hospital and St. Joseph's Hospital. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. The Centre has extensive grounds and a large free car park.

The room was clean and bed comfy. The location is great . The breakfast was excellent. We chose the menu but the buffet looks amazing as well, a lot choice.

My schedule changed several times that week. The staff were very helpful and were able to accommodate my changes. The rooms were very comfortable.
