Room was great for what I needed it for, a night in central London - small and had no window which I booked but just be aware if you book that, too, you are underground! There was a large red stain by the bed that looked like it could be sick or blood or something like that… I know not the properties fault but obviously didn’t leave a good impression. Also they let me leave my luggage when I arrived before check in however I only arrived 20 mins early and they didn’t check if my room was ready, and the left luggage was just in the corridor by the front door which I didn’t feel super safe about! Staff were lovely though!

The room was clean, had a modern bathroom and great decor. Great location near a tube station and nice area of London. Great value for money!

The whole place is so clean, the towels smell clean, the toilet is sparkling clean plus the aircon is a gem. Will definitely come back again.

Nicely decorated room, tiny but cosy. Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Hotel is very quiet. Great location. We will choose the same place for our next stay.

Comfortable, quirky hotel a two minutes walk from Bayswater tube. Warm and friendly staff who looked after me throughout my stay. My friend has mobility problems and they took that into account when I booked. The room was perfect, clean with everything in it , the bed was so comfortable with clean linen and nice bedding. I’ll be back soon! Thank you for looking after me!
