Have stayed in citizenM in other countries before and it's pretty much the same. It's nice to have a familiar room layout while overseas and just knowing how everything works. I do find that the room is adequate for any solo traveller in most cases. Like the smart controls for the lighting and TV, the hardwood floors, and a good amount of space to lay out your luggage. Honestly a little expensive for what the room is, but I paid for the location, which was great - many bus stops around and you have both the tube and the national rail so close.

Check in with the machines and assisted by staff was quite inefficient. Storing bag took a long time. Picking up bag took a long time. No help for finding a taxi in the morning. “Why can’t you call Uber?” Fine for the fully self sufficient traveler. But not a real hotel for me.

It was my second time staying at this fantastic hotel, and it won't be my last, I'm sure. The location is incredibly convenient for anything central London based. The rooms and, indeed, the entire facility is spotlessly clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable, quiet and modern. Two thumbs up 👍 👍

Very clean, small room that had blackout blinds and was really quiet. The bed was really comfortable. Nice continental breakfast options.

Great sanctuary next to Victoria station and all the main London attractions are walking distance. We stayed overnight and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Soundproofing is exceptional (no traffic noise) as well as blackout blinds.

CitizenM was a pleasant revelation. 3mins walk from Victoria Station, spotlessly clean, super staff and felt secure. The room was compact and high tech. Powerful shower, comfortable beds and a space to work.
