Room was super clean. Staff were super helpful. Very convinient location just outside the tube station and just few stops away from Heathrow. Uber eats delivery. There is a supermarket and few restaurants near by.

Staff: very helpful. Location : right in front of Northfield s tube station. Near parks , great for runners. Nice restaurants nearby. Great pub up the road (the Plough) quiet room, though it was in the basement floor, you couldn't hear the trains or anything outside! Great for light sleepers . Ask for room 4 . Room had a microwave and a fridge. Good value for money.

Great room on third floor with balcony! Was wonderful to watch the fireworks at New Year. Staff at the hotel are kind, helpful and attentive. Bed is very comfortable.
