After the property receives your payment, you will be sent a key code by email 3 days before arrival. You will need to bring this key code with you to the property to let yourself in. If you do not have your key code, you will not be able to access the property. If you have booked to arrive within the next 14 days, you will be required to provide a copy of your passport within 48 hours of arrival. Please be advised that bed linen is provided per bed and not per person. Any additional linen will need to be requested in advance, is subject to availability and additional cost. Whilst we provide a very good and reliable internet service, we do not provide compensation should the WiFi signal drop out from time to time or if a third party should sever the line. We have good IT support and issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues reported to us can sometimes take up to 48 hours to repair/replace, unless extremely urgent. However, we endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible. As the apartment is in central London, some street noise may be heard when inside the apartment. This is unavoidable with construction sites close by. We will report any construction activity outside reasonable hours to the council. We do not supply 3 pin adaptors. Please bring your own to the property. We are unable to inspect empty boxes and bags left in the property for mislaid items and cannot be held responsible for any losses.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The location is perfect. Despite being in the middle of Covent Garden it was remarkably not noisy. Host was very attentive. Washer/dryer was great as London was the first part of a longer trip.

Great location. Ideal for 1 or 2 people. Quiet. Close to restaurants and theatre. 2 supermarkets very close by.

The apartment was centrally located in the liveliest and most accessible part of London, central to everything. The staff are very friendly and accommodating by allowing late check out.

The location was excellent and the train line from Heathrow came directly to the Convent Gardens stop. The apartment was lovely and clean and having a washing machine is a bonus.

I loved that the apartment was on the top floor. The interior is quite spacious. The location of the windows, the view and the light coming in felt very positive. Every item listed is present and in very good working condition. I like everything about this place.
