The property had lovely rooms and was very clean. The staff member who greeted us and checked us out (I think his name was Kai) was really friendly and welcoming. The check out time of 12 is also very generous. Great location

The room is lovely and clean, staff are very professional and welcoming. However in my room the tele kept switching off for some reason and the bathroom shower water took a bit of time to drain out, nevertheless if I’m to stay in London again I’ll definitely spend more time here.

We were happy with everything. The hotel and room were clean, and the staff were very nice, helping us with an early check-in because I’m pregnant and needed to rest. The hotel is conveniently located near Bayswater station, making it easy to travel anywhere from there. For our next visit, we will definitely stay at the same hotel."

The location was perfect a very short walk to the nearest underground station, lots of shops and food places also very local. The staff were very freindly and accommodating they were happy to hold our luggage for us while offering free tea and coffee. The room was perfect, we booked the triple room and it was a great sized room for three people. The beds were extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommended this hotel go a friend and would return on my next visit.

The hotel is in a good location, just a couple of mins walk to the Bayswater station. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within 2 mins. For Muslims, there's plenty of halal restaurants too. There's also parking nearby (not free) but not part of the hotel. The guys at the front desk are polite, friendly and helpful. The room is big for London standard. We have a queen bed plus a sofa bed for the son. There's a desk and a small armchair. Very comfy for 3 of us. It's quiet at night. The bathroom is good sized as well but the shower area could be bigger. Good shower gel and shampoo are provided. Normally I'd use my own but didn't even touch them while staying at the hotel. Room is clean. The minibar is totally free! The fridge is stocked with soft drinks and juices and they are free too. Plenty of water given too. So generous! Really highly recommended.
