Great location, very unique experience, clean room, great breakfast. I really liked the fact that the owner encouraged all the guests to prepare sandwiches for the day, during breakfast.

Gorgeous location. Beautiful surroundings and traditional Norwegian vibe. Able to go back in time for a bit. Facilities for electric car charging.

The place is beautiful, has charachter, and clearly has a rich history. Everything is clean and nicely renovated. The dinners were excellent and really added a great (albeit pricy) experience to the whole stay.

The place is completely unique with lots of history. We were not expecting the 4 course evening meal and chose the wine pairing too - it was excellent.

The area in which the hotel is located is nothing short of idyllic. Waterfalls, a beautiful river and mountains all around. The food was perfect and the people very friendly. Alltogether a peaceful place with lots of opportunites for hiking and other activities.

The atmosphere was amazing. It was a quiet and calm location with nice tracks around to walk with a dog. We took the 4 course dinner with wine and it was a great experience! Breakfast was the best on our 9 day roadtrip.
