“Absolutely awesome holiday, very relaxing, breathtaking surroundings, peaceful, friendly staff.”

Loved exploring the nooks and crannies of the garden and discovering artworks and wildlife. Also awesome bioluminescence at night and kayaking in the bay! We spent a great deal of time relaxing swaying in the hammocks (at least 15 or more in the gardens. The staff were so helpful - especially Ira who helped us with our parking (offering her spot!) Thank you Ira. Our room was cosy, had almost everything we needed and I can't remember sleeping so deeply. So quiet.

Absolutely amazing place to visit, staff have high attention to detail and are wonderful hosts - from welcoming guests from arrival, showing the unique features of the property, tender pick up, impressed with interaction with all staff. Exceeded expectations and is a wonderful destination for any travellers but especially families as there is so much for children to explore!

Niki was sooooo helpful and gave us really good advice! We felt looked after. We hadn't realised there were so many activities to do and could have added in another day. The food at the restaurant was good. Our room was spotless. It was quite basic but that reflected that it was the cheapest accommodation we had when doing the Queen Charlotte Sound and it met all of our needs. Thanks for a great stay at a beautiful spot!
