Stunning scenery, lots of wildlife. Woke up.to a Stag looking at us and Highland cows. Very peaceful and comfortable.

Location good. Views fantastic. Nearby highland cows came to visit. Bottle of wine given as we were celbrating our wedding anniversary.

Steve and Jackie were brilliant hosts and were always able to go above and beyond. We stayed during the recent snow storms and Steve was able to drive us in with his land rover due to the snow and ice. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and provided in a basket. even in the snow we were able to climb the nearby hills to get a stunning view of the sea inlet (really provided a visual metaphor for where we were) and as other guests have pointed out - highland cows, stags and sheep a plenty and very close by! We would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get off the beaten track and see a stunning part of the country. Don’t forget to swing by the local pie shop in Lochinver - you won’t be disappointed!

Lovely farmhouse lodge surrounded by nature including a private beach. Host Jaqueline has been very kind and provided a great breakfast!
