The location was fairly central - 5 minutes walk to downtown. The service, amazing food and facilities were excellent. The parking was inexpensive. The apartment was massive and very quiet. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The swimming pool was very clean and refreshing. The balcony had great furniture for relaxing on too.

Very friendly and welcoming staff at check-in and at the restaurant. Good location close to the center and convenient ground parking. Useful Ticino ticket for free public transportation. Plenty of choice for breakfast that was included in the rate. Really quiet surroundings with a beautiful green garden. Great stay I will gladly come back.

Great hotel not far from the train station and within walking distance of the Piazza Grande, if you're there for one of the festivals in Locarno. Exceeded expectations in that I got a mini-apartment, not just a room – kitchen, balcony and all. Because the hotel is within a retirement home, it's amazingly quiet. Not the usual thin walls and loud comings and goings of other guests. Bliss. The bed was comfortable, too, which is rare. Staff were incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!

Right next to the train station, perfect for trips to the valleys. Very friendly receptionist. Very big apartment and possibility to put the bike on the balcony.

Amazing place! 2 minutes walking distance from the lake, city center and train station. There are 2 parking places, one direct under the hotel and the other one on the same street. The hotel room is enormous, with separate bedroom, large terrace and a kitchenette. Everything clean and comfortable. The young lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I can definitely recommend this place!

Good location: near the train station Kitchen staff was really friendly and brought positivity to the day every time we went to breakfast and when using their room services. We got good travel recommendations from the receptionist. She explained to us everything about Locarno and recommended places to visit. She was friendly and knew how to answer our questions with details.

Excellent central location in Locarno, beautiful park and great view. Good breakfast options. Very spacious room/apartment, very quiet and relaxed stay. The swimming pool is excellent.
