I'm not one for a big breakfast so it looked fine I normally have cereal and fruit and orange juice which was ample there and a nice cappuccino Also car park available under cover which can be great in bad weather especially on a motorcycle which I was.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Garni Muralto in Muralto , Locarno. They provided free public transport pass. They had a nice covered private parking at some extra cost. But you must make the parking reservation beforehand. We took the mountain view rooms and the view from the room was fabulous. The mountains and some part of the lake was visible from the room window and the balcony. The city center and the lake was in walking distance. They have a restaurant in the Piazza Grande where you can avail some discounts if you are staying at the hotel.

Location perfect just by the railway station the room was perfect with the balcony and excellent view and the staff were very pleasant and helpful

It was great to arrive and be greeted with a smile - it really makes a huge difference to everyone’s day. The staff here are top class and extremely helpful. The room was excellent and the view over the lake from the balcony was as expected. The breakfast provided fresh local produce including cheese, croissants and pastries. Coffee here is varied and great. In addition to all this the property supplied us with a Ticino card which we used on a very rainy day to visit Lugano which is a bonus. We highly recommend this property as its location is on a bus route and only a few minutes from the train station and boat demarcation point - this is a 5🌟 venue. Thankyou for a pleasureable experience - pity about the weather. 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

Because of its name "Garni", I did expect a mediocre facility, but was really pleasantly surprised by this full-service facility. Excellent location (even on foot) easily reached by car or public transport; with availability of parking (CHF 11/day) in the garage for about 10 cars and another 5 or so outside; The receptions staff is incredibly professional, yet very friendly and helpful. The breakfast-room is large enough to accommodate the guests at sit-down tables....there is a great selection of cold-cuts, cheeses, bread, eggs, cereal, juices, and coffees. The facility is equipped with an efficient, noiseless elevator. The rooms are well equipped, very clean, comfortable bed.....all told a very pleasant stay....I shall return

You are welcomed to this hotel with a smile. It’s really a pleasure to enter the door every time. Also the location is excellent, the rooms very clean and comfortable. We requested a baby cot and it was already installed in the room upon arrival.
