I used to come to this hotel many years ago with my parents, when it was the Pestalozzi hotel, and I am happy to see that they have refurbished the rooms and the public areas. They did a very good job and also the staff in the reception and the restaurant were very kind.

Friendly & attentive staff always ready to assist with any needs making service both efficient and enjoyable. Option for a late check-out greatly appreciated. Room 307 peaceful and comfortable providing a restful night’s sleep. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options to start the day right. Adding a small regional specialty would bring a nice local touch to the experience.

Very fiendly and efficient front of house. Comfortable room with tea/coffee machine. Excellent location. Secure public parking right next to hotel : hotel has minimal parking which needs to be reserved in advance.

Hotel City is well situated near the centre of Locarno and a short walk from the lake. Friendly and efficient staff, simple and comfortable room with air conditioning, fridge and Nespresso machine and good breakfast.

Perfect hotel for an economical stay in Locarno…where everything is expensive. Super staff - cheerful and welcoming under cover hotel parking. Rooms are fine and the hotel is in a great position.

The location of the hotel is quite central and everything is within walking distance of a few minutes. The staff were lovely cordial and very helpful The room was spacious, with a balcony. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel There is parking at the hotel's cost, which is very convenient for those arriving by car
