I got a room upgrade and a great view of Lake Maggiore. I really liked the little spa. It's a nice place to be. Eat a delicious breakfast. Nice selection and very good coffee.

Great staff, very nice spa, breakfast nothing special and not worth the price - beds were rather uncomfortable. Overall good experience, but not a 9.0.

Big and comfortable room with an amazing view. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were great, very tasty.

Lovely hotel set on the hill with great views of the lake- the walk from the centre was good exercise and for those who are less fit there is transport which runs every 10-15 mins. Great staff, excellent food - couldn’t fault it!

~ everything was perfect ~ great located, train station, Piazza Grande, lakeside, everything easily in walking distance (even when the Hotel is located up on the hill) ~ very friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast buffet, nice&huge room, pool and a little garden to relax ~TicinoTicket included, so you can explore more of beautiful Ticino
