Location very central. They provide ticino ticket. Reception is open untill 1 am. Warm room.

Very charming old-fashioned rooms (There are two buildings. I was in the palazzo-style one right to the reception.) Large and atmospheric balcony to the piazza with tall and painted ceilings. Everything was very clean and bathroom readily available. Lady at checking was super friendly. Would definitely come and stay there again.
