It was great, and very much thanks to the all round Italian guy , very sorry but can’t remember his nane., who is Avalon the phone 24/7 and is the only one to talk to if a problem turns up. So please do keep him 🙏🏽😊

It felt really safe, because without the key you couldn’t go anywhere else than the entry hall. The room was really comfortable, and with an amazing view of the lake.

Automated check in and check out. We didn't meet a member of staff (except at breakfast). Breakfast was excellent.
