Excellent location on Piazza Grande and still quiet (if the windows are facing the other side), nice room, very friendly and helpful reception lady, good restaurant in the same building with a discount for hotel guests

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, delightful rooms and good restaurant both for breakfast and for the dinner I had there. I had an off-season low rate, so for me it was definitely good value for money. The staff, though few in number since it's a small hotel, were uniformly friendly and professional.

The hotel was in regular contact before our arrival and informed us that parking was available at a reasonable price approximately 250m away. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of town and all attractions are within walking distance. The receptionist was chatty and friendly and could not do enough to ensure that our stay was perfect - free bus tickets, discount voucher when eating in their restaurant and advice on the best places to visit during our stay. The bedroom was modern, bright and spotless. They served delicious food for both the dinner and breakfast with a great variety of dishes.

Super location in a beautiful square near the Old Town and many restaurants and bars; easy access to the train station. Lara on Reception provided an excellent customer service and assistance. The room was well designed, good lighting and bedside controls with plenty of storage in both the bedroom and bathroom. There was even a full length mirror!! The hotel was able to meet our request for storage of medications in hotel fridge and freezer. All the staff were aware; clearly good internal communications. They were also able to meet some specific dietary needs especially lactose free milk.Also liked the convenience of having refrigerator in the room which was also very quiet . Also liked being able to ave a room with a choice of natural ventilation as well as A/C Summing up, the whole hotel concept had been well thought through . Spotlessly clean bedroom & bathroom bedlinen and towels!

Everything! The staff was super friendly! The location, the bedroom, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and we like the neighbourhood too! Very well located. This was a great choice!

A beautiful hotel and exceptional lovely lady Christina who welcomed us and treated us like royalty. She couldn't do enough for us. Our room looked new and apparently the rooms were all renovated a year ago. The location is in Piazza Grande, right in the heart of Locarno The hotel has its own lovely restaurant below the hotel on street level. The Railway Station is only a few minutes, walk away and easy to get to.. The lovely harbour is close by as well as the local buses to Ascona.
