We got an amazing room in the corner of building, with a huge balcony and two doors to the balcony. It was a great see view and good view to the town. The room is clear and making up every day was very nice. All the furniture and equipment are very fresh and modern. Good and tasty breakfasts and kind staff which always helps us. Great beach near the hotel (5-7 minutes walking).

Had an amazing time in Alegria Sun Village. The food was tasty and there were so many different food options. The staff was wonderful - Yaiza, Sani, Mario, Hisham, Carlos and Marta from reception and also staff from restaurant and bar. There was even a DJ playing between 9-11 pm and people were dancing. The room was great and very clean with a sea view. I enjoyed chilling by the pool and in the chilling area. Location was also good, the beach was very close to the hotel. Overall expectional experience for a young solo traveler.

Everything is good. The buffet was nice (although I didn't find where to book all inclusive); there's a nice view from a room; the place is clean and no noise after 11pm

Good place to stay overall. Good customer service at the restaurant. Good customer care, hardworking staff, always ready to assist. Very clean room and very clean hotel overall. Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner with attention to the details. Good quality food and customer focused staff.

Was here for 11 days with my girlfriend. The staff is very friendly, the front desk staff more than helpful with all questions I had. The room we got had a city and a sea view, had two balconies which I think is only one such room per floor. Great food verity , for breakfast more or less the same everyday but you can only get so creative for breakfast. Dinner had great options to choose from (chicken, fish, pork, venison as well as vegetarian options...), side dishes as well as deserts and fruits. The room was clean and cleaned daily.

The staff was super nice, helpful, and tried to accommodate any additional requests, definitely the strongest advantage :) . The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the beach. There are supermarkets and a good restaurant nearby.

The location is great! In a seemingly more quiet part of town and only a few minutes from the beach. The hotel was pretty quiet (guessing as it’s not peak season) so there was always space by the pools and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
