It was clean, comfortable and a nice place to stay. I didn't spend much time actually there as I was out basically all day every day, but it was good.

The hosts are very nice and helpful, they certainly made sure our stay was more than pleasant. When we had to make a repair on our vehicle they arranged a place to work and a much needed tool to finish the job. When we got our clothes wet they arranged a washing line in the sun. In absence of other guests we could even use a bit of extra space for our luggage. They got us an extra quilt, etcetera! The location is beautiful. People in Wales are generally very nice in our experience. We drove to a few places within an hour travel time to

Oak Cottage is a great place to stay. Very comfortable, well designed accommodation. Nice shower, well equipped kitchen. Everything spotlessly clean. Location was brilliant, lovely walks straight from the cottage, very quiet and amazing views. Various places to sit outside to catch the sun throughout the day (and the views). Owners very friendly and keen we had a good time. Excellent resource room with maps, guides etc.
