Upon check-in, guests will be given a parking permit for free parking during their stay. Permits are limited to 1 per room reservation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Room was divided into three area: longue, bathroom and bedroom. It was great having the additional space and really enjoy our stay. We have stayed with ManorHaus before and love the rooms they provide. Highly recommeded.

We were very pleased with our large double room. It had everything we needed, with the added quirky bit of character thrown in (an original Victorian range in the bathroom!). The bed in was very comfortable indeed. The central Llangollen location was superb, and the addition of a free parking permit was a very nice touch. Our only issue was that the room was cold. There was heating, but it wasn't sufficient to properly warm such a large room on a cold night. We realised this was because of the large single-glazed window. Maybe an extra free-standing heater could be placed in the room.

Location is excellent and the view from the room is wonderful. It was a lot more special than staying in a usual run of the mill hotel.

Advertised as small double, pleasantly surprised on arrival, plenty of room. Location fantastic. Very comfy bed. Would have paid more if had a fridge & microwave (this is a suggestion not a complaint). Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay the location and doom was good Not a complaint but hope this is helpful, The toilet was loose and moved the mirror light didn’t work and toilet holder needed fixing Thanks we would recommend Greenbank lodge

The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The shower was amazing and there was also a bath. The hotel was very quiet and we slept really well. The location to the town centre couldn't have been better I would definitely stay again.

Beautifully presented hotel, clean and really nicely decorated. The room was larger than I expected and very comfortable. They even provided a free parking pass for the council car park! We didn't see any staff but the self check-in was straightforward.

Location was perfect just at the top of the Main Street of Llangollen. Really quiet, nicely tucked away. Bed was big and super comfy. Good to have a small back yard for dog. Really nice touch with dog bed and blanket.
