Extended use of the Spa facilities after check out can be arranged.Guests will have full use of the spa and thermal suite facilities during their stay which is open between 07:00 and 21:30 Monday to Friday with last entry at 21:00, and 08:00 and 20:00 Saturday with last entry at 19:30, and 08:00 until 17:30 Sunday with last entry at 17:00. Children between the age of 6 and 16 may use the swimming pool from 09:00 until 11:00 and from 15:00 until 17:00. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted access to the spa.Booking is advised for all restaurants, with Noelle's lunch and dinner services on a booking only basis.Extended use of the Spa facilities after check out can be arranged. The facilities at the hotel are very good The evening meal at the was good I stayed in a small double and found the room a decent size and very comfortable. Staff at the Spa reception were very helpful

ALL members of staff were great, professional,but friendly. They all seem happy in their jobs, which let's be honest does happen often these days. The food was outstanding 👌 we had 3 course meal. Then breakfast in the morning. NO complaints at all, food was honestly phenomenal.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food (breakfast) was cooked beautifully and there was plenty to go with it. The spa facilities were fabulous. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The hotel building itself and the grounds were stunning.

Beautiful venue and made all the more special with the festive decorations. Lovely room. Breakfast very good. New Year party was brilliant. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff were great.

We've just returned from a late booking to Tre-Ysgawen Hall, staying on New Year's day. The building is lovely, characterful and was still decorated for Christmas, which was super cute. We used the spa including swimming pool, jacuzzi pool, steam room and sauna. This was better than expected, clean and mostly relaxing. We even had the place to ourselves (given the day of our arrival). Most of the staff were approachable and friendly offering help if we needed it. The food in the restaurant was fine, we ate dinner and breakfast and were happy with both - nothing exceptional, not great value for money, but fine for hotel food with good portion sizes. Our room was a small double with a garden view. It was comfortable and warm, with the usual tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was fine with a shower over the bath. Our bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable but we slept ok overall and the hotel was quiet at night.

Location as we wanted rural setting. The pool was good as was the gym. Bar staff friendly. Library ok n the main house was comfortable. Breakfast room was lovely too. Breakfast was freshly prepared to order. Good salmon and scrambled eggs. Main entrance and grounds were in good order. Tea and coffee tray was good in the bedroom.

The hotel was lovely , great breakfast each morning . Our dinner on our first night was fabulous but on our second night it was not as good . We ordered the same starter each night and on the first night it was exceptional unfortunately on our second night it was a very poor version of the starter with a few ingredients missing .
