The staff is really nice and friendly, and the room is clean and warm. The location is great, it is near both the mountain and the sea, as well as within the centre of the town.

The room was larger than average, with the bonus of a comfy sofa. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I loved the lighter breakfast option, with a generous quantity of cereal and very fresh fruit!

We had room 8 which was a large king room, really comfortable and clean. Lovely and warm as this room caught the afternoon sun. Fabulous bathroom. Very friendly hosts and a great breakfast (I particularly loved the wonderful scrambled eggs and mushrooms). Very close to the front, pier, shops, cafes - everything really !

Great few days away. Ian and Tracey were excellent hosts nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were excellent and the room was brilliant, bed really comfy. If we come back to Llandudno will definitely book again.
