Overall cleanliness, staff, breakfast, and hosts 100% I have stayed here on more than one occasion and each time I have had a very very pleasant stay. I would recommend it 100% Thank you to all staff and management at the Cumberland Sharon and Alex room 15.

We were upgraded to a sea view room 😍 it was a really great room. Bed was very comfortable and a choice of 2 pillows soft and firm, which was a great idea. There were 2 chairs and a table and a sofa to sit on. There was also a mini fridge in the room.

Had a lovely stay at The Cumberland, which has an excellent location for both the seafront and town. The rooms are comfortable , clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, the no longer offer breakfast - which is a shame as the reviews were all superb. There are plenty of other options in a short walk so don't let this put you off.

Friendly owner, had us in a room on 4th floor, we asked to change as my wife has a condition and immediately put us in room 1 on the 1st floor. Excellent location, 200 yards from pier and about 400 from bars and restaurants.

The accommodation was comfortable and clean, the location was really good the promenade & seafront is literally just a few yards outside the front door. and to the the back of the guest house within a few yards your are at the shops and into the town centre.
