Nice welcome,hosts were friendly and as it was new year's eve they had a little celebration in the bar which went on till the early hours and they still got up to do a lovely breakfst

The breakfast was lovely, cooked to perfection. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely hosts. Perfect location. Parking on site which was a dream. 2 minutes to promenade, pier and Great Orme one way and set off the other way and you are straight on Mostyn Street for a great selection of shops. What more could you ask for.

Our room was lovely - exceptionally clean. The breakfast each day was great - both the cold and hot breakfast items. Staff was very friendly and efficient. The location was great - close to the waterfront and also shopping areas. Excellent cafes, pubs and restaurants were within close walking distance.

Host Nic and Ed were absolutely brilliant hosts they couldn't do enough for me. I was playing with my band at the Scooter Rally Festival (i got comp tickets for Ed and Nic so they both came!) so I had to bring my drums. So they wasn't in the car on display all weekend, they were kept under lock and key in the bar area. Parking was an issue because there was a Scooter Rally festival on, but Nic made sure my car had a space right at the front of the hotel all weekend! Great breakfast, banter the host and staff, couldnt of asked for more
