Welcoming and friendly hosts. Accomodation and breakfast was superb. Location was ideal and met my needs for long walks, meeting with friends and retail therapy!!

There was nothing not to like the owner was very chatty and helpfull . Breakfast was excellent nothing was a problem excellent breakfast. Small bar available very reasonable charges

Amazing property like going back in time a hundred and fifty years. Large room, Spotlessly clean . Hosts very friendly and efficient. Top quality breakfast with a large choice, nothing too much trouble. Very short walk to the beach in a quiet area of Llandudno and a lovely pub 8 minutes away. Views of the sea and the Great Orme. Dog friendly, every dog has a free sausage in the morning at breakfast, a lovely touch.

The decor from when you first walk in to your bedroom is excellent. Joni and Mark have done an exceptional job creating such a wonderful place to stay.

Loved the decor of the hotel, the bed in our room was very comfortable and the little kitchenette was a pleasant surprise. Mark and Joni were lovely, very good hosts, very helpful. We have visited Llandudno many, many times but usually stay on the North Shore Now we have found this little gem on the quieter West Shore, we will definitely be returning.😊

The welcome by the hosts was very warm; they even allow you to check in at 1.30 p.m., which is earlier than many places. The location is superb, just a short walk to the coast. It's a beautiful area of Wales, located on the quieter side of Llandudno. My wife and I loved it there. The breakfast was amazing! Very near also to the Great Orme, a hill with lovely views. Plenty of parking on the streets, and a lovely pub nearby, although there are plenty more within 15 minutes' walk in Llandudno itself.
