The location was great - far enough from the town to be quiet but only a short walk away. We based ourselves here so that we could tour the area on our motorbikes. We parked them outside on the road but had no concerns about security - the area felt very safe. Our hosts were fantastic - this was very much a last-minute booking, but they took it all in their stride and were very helpful and welcoming - the homemade flapjack was an unexpected and delicious bonus! The breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and we were able to pick what we wanted for the cooked options. It was quiet and peaceful at night, beds were comfy and we slept really well. I would absolutely recommend a stay here.

The location is close to the centre of Llandudno, which is a lovely little town by the sea with a long promenade and only 5 minutes drive to Conwy. Llandudno is nicer, bigger, quieter, not many tourists in it compared to Conwy. There is plenty of free parking on the street in front of the accommodation. Breakfast was typical English, you can also change it to a vegetarian or vegan meal. Every day you had to choose your breakfast for the next day, which I think is a great idea as you get exactly what you ordered and not the full English breakfast (you can do that too) as it is huge. That way food is not thrown away unnecessarily. There was also some fruit, cereals, homemade jam, butter. There's also a fridge in which you can put a little something. The room was clean and quiet with comfortable beds and a TV. The hosts are very very friendly, we felt at home. When we arrived at the accommodation, there was a home-made dessert waiting for us on the bed. Wonderful. We had a really nice time here.

My second visit here, Christine and David are the perfect hosts. Room was great and comfortable, facilities in the room was as described. Breakfast was spot on and managed to park on the road outside.
