Such a warm welcome. The villa is ideally situated, near the train station and within walking distance to the town centre and pier, attractions, etc. We were welcomed by our hosts on arrival, which is such a lovely touch.

Lovely stay - great value for money, friendly accommodating owner, short walk to town/sea front, on street parking right out front, very comfortable and spacious rooms, we also got a room upgrade as a bigger one was available which was nice. Highly recommend, definitely exceeded our expectations!

Excellent. Frequent Llandudno visitor. Stayed in range of chain and independent accommodation. Spotlessly clean. Excellent location. Cosy accommodation. Quality bedding. Linen and furnishings. Generous supply of quality teas, coffee and milk. Ample on street parking. 2 minutes walk from rail station HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Spotlessly clean . In a quite area . We were even kindly upgraded to bigger rooms which was very generous. No faults in the property . Would definitely come back .

Nice location on a quiet street. Owners welcomed us then left us to enjoy our stay. They didn’t intrude on us at all. Room was clean with huge windows. We liked the separate little sitting room. Had everything we needed for a short break away. Would definitely recommend.

The property was lovely, really clean and comfortable. The owners were so friendly and helpful. There was a lovely calm atmosphere about the property. It was a lovely quiet street, not as noisy as on the front strip.
