Lovely location on outskirts of main town.. Room nicely decorated, provided with drinks facilties, nice breakfast as well .

Location is great, less than 5 minutes to the north shore promenade. The room was lovely, clean and tidy. Fabulous breakfast with various choices to cater for all tastes. Staff friendly and helpful. The carpark is on site which is a bonus.

A lovely location close to all Llandudno has to offer. The Hotel has a beautiful decor throughout and nothing was too much trouble for the management & staff. Our room was very spacious with the comfiest of beds and breakfast was delicious both mornings with a perfect selection of both cooked and continental to choose from. We were so pleased to find this little gem of a hotel and would definitely recommend to family and friends 5*

Clean and relaxed breakfast was good with plenty of options great little bar for predrinks before a night on the town friendly staff very helpful taxi cheap £3.60 to the town but only a ten minute walk if you wanted to would love to stop here again

It was amazing. So beautifully decorated. Everything was so clean, very well presented and hots were so welcoming. Just wished we could have stayed longer. One of best small hotels we have stayed in. We go every year for a few days to Llandudno. Would not stay anywhere else. They gave only had it for 6 months so all credit to them.
