Simon and Emma were very welcoming. They allowed us to access our rooms early and upgraded us (as they had an unbooked room) without charge. We were able to have takeaway breakfast which worked very well as we were competing in a swimming gala and needed to eat in small amounts. The rooms were very clean and the beds super comfortable. Everything we could have wished for in our stay.

Fabulous B&B, location perfect for my needs and very quiet. My room was very cosy and tastefully decorated as were the communal areas. As a solo traveler I felt comfortable staying here which is very important to me, lastly the breakfast what can I say! You must stay here just for Emma’s scrambled eggs if nothing else, best I’ve had. I will be back.

The owners were warm and welcoming. Free on road parking is available at this location. Pay meters are in place nearer into the centre. The room was exceptionally clean, with a phenomenal view of the sea, two comfy chairs situated in the bay window making this an excellent cosy area to have a coffee and watch the world go by. The bed was a large comfy double with a spot light at either side and an en-suite just to the left. There were a choice of hot drinks, including an espresso machine and a drawer full of condiments. Breakfast was held in a small but quaint dining room, of which you make your own breakfast from a list the night before... Breakfast in bed was also an option.

Stayed just for the one night in Room 9, it was a small double room, but the sea views made up for it. Bed was amazing, the mattress was very comfortable and had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was a selected list, set up from the evening before, so the next morning it was all ready. Can't fault the breakfast. Value for money? Absolutely!!

The host was very friendly and helpful. Location was amazing. Street parking available, Coffee machine in the room was very nice. The rooms were very modern. Very nice breakfast. We would definitely come here again.
