Location good , breakfast was delicious , staff were lovely but hotel a little dated , at first i thought it was a care home lots of elderly people staying not for younger guests

From the outside the hotel is very well maintained. There was a very helpful and friendly person to greet us on arrival and the location of the hotel in Llandudno is very good.

Rooms are always well equipt and comfortable, Breakfast is the best of anywhere we have stayed in Llandudno or other resorts, and evening menu a large choice of Starters & Mains and massive choice of desserts which makes it hard to choose, which is a great problem to have. Entertainment has improved this year with a Live Singer on each night where before although something was always on it wasn't necessarily a Singer.

every table was private and well stocked for what you might need, fresh and bright room, lovely friendly staff and very well dressed. Food was delicious.

Great location. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It's a family run hotel and that showed. The food is very good with lots of choice on the evening menu. Bar prices are very reasonable and it was lovely to have musical entertainment in the evening. We travelled with our elderly mum and the hotel was great for her needs

Everything, the staff excellent ' waiters perfect 👌 ' food evening meal spot on, breakfast chef great asked how would I like my eggs ' friendly breakfast staff again great, room was great ' bed very comfortable, water hot ' enjoyed my time there.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Service was very efficient but quite rushed. Room was very clean and comfortable but on the small side. The en-suite was very small but good shower. Towels changed daily. View of bins not great but overall what we expected for the room we booked.
