Very clean, lovely building and the owners are exceptionally nice. Really put us at ease and went out of their way to be helpful. Good and plentiful breakfasts with lots of choice. Will definitely stay here again . Also very handy to walk into Llandudno.

The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. I particularly loved the beds—they were amazingly comfortable! The breakfast was outstanding, and having parking available was a great added bonus. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

Fabulous decor throughout the hotel, warm friendly welcome, great location. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had lots to choose from and cooked to perfection.

There were plenty of choices for breakfast, cereals,fresh fruit,toast and more.The location of the hotel was ideal and iwas not too far from the local shops .The owners were friendly and attentive ,the decor was very tastefully done,I would definitely stay there again.
