Free parking. Breakfast included friendly hosts..quiet. ipgraded to a family suite that included a much better/ bigger bathroom. Fresh fruit salad available at breakfast good tv reception extra heatr available as well as cooling unit.

Glanavon full cooked breakfast was excellent cooked perfectly and hot, plenty of selection was asked if we needed more toast or tea/coffee, room so clean had tea/coffee selection cool fan also if needed a heater,beds were very comfortable a brilliant nights sleep,lovely shower would definitely recommend Neil & Debbie were very knowledgeable about were to have evening meal and what’s about in Llandudno and where very welcoming what a little gem finding this guest house very good value for money

I didn't hear anybody, or see anybody who stayed at the Guest House. It was very quiet. The Host's were also very lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay at Glenavon. Debbie and Neal made us feel very welcome and not only allowed us to check in early and park on the drive, but we also got a very comprehensive tour of the facilities. The room was clean, well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. We had a very substantial breakfast which was of very good quality. All this was at a very reasonable price. The guest house is five minutes walk from the centre of Llandudno. One of our fellow guests said that he has been going to Glenavon for 20 years and we can see why. We would definitely return the next time we visit Llandudno.

The breakfast was so yummy 10/10 And our room was just beautiful so much space And loved the little touches i.e boats for the bath for the boys&bubble bath avaliable...and the paw patrol duvet&pillow...very thoughtfull The owners was very friendly&very welcoming Definitely recommend to others! Neil and Debbie were super friendly and accommodating. A real 5 star experience from start to finish. The best b and b stay I've ever had. Would highly recommend. Also furniture in front and back garden that we were fortune to use as the sun came out. 10 out of 10!
