Elsinore Hotel does not have a lift and for this reason, we cannot accommodate people with walking or breathing difficulties. Furthermore, the hotel staff is happy to help with baggage if you are struggling with the stairs. We do not have or promise any facilities for disabled people. So if you struggle with stairs or you have any other breathing difficulty this will not be suitable for you.Children and Extra Bed Policy:
One child under 12 years is charged £ 10.00 per night when using existing beds, this amount will be automatically charged from the card provided at the time of booking. A travel cot can be provided on request only.No pets allowed (policy applies). Guide Dogs are accepted when the dog owner will provide us with a valid document that certifies that this is a Guide Dog. A copy of this certificate will be taken ( this is hotel records and it will help us prove that the dog is a guide dog in case other guests will make a complaint / some have strong pets allergies )Please do not hesitate to contact us via Booking Com if you have any further inquiries about the property or about your reservation. This hotel is amazing, was shocked it was in the middle,of llandudno bay for the price. Wish we had booked for longer.. The sea view was out of this world. Room was massive for the price. Receptionist was so helpful n understanding. Top it off we had breakfast included. Will be returning with my daughter n grandson

Although the hotel is shabby and not what you'd call luxurious, it's in a brilliant location. My room was nice and spacious with everything I needed (comfortable bed, TV, tea and coffee, a bath and a sea view) and I slept like a log, to the sound of lapping waves. Breakfasts are basic but fine (I recommend the scrambled eggs)

The hotel is in a great location, right on the sea front. The hotel is obviously going through a refurbishment. But that doesn’t effect your stay. The room we stayed in was comfortable and very clean. The staff were very helpful. Continental Breakfast was included in our stay price. We couldn’t fault our stay. Well done guys

This is the second time I have stayed here. The hotel is basic but well located being right on the promenade and near to main bus stops and within walking distance of the railway station. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. I am assuming this is a family run hotel. You can get hot porridge and a variety of cooked eggs as part of the breakfast as well as fruit juice, a range of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, bread, toast and preserves. I will stay again.

Room was clean and fresh. Missed breakfast but had it last time. And as it is free it is a welcome bonus. Eggs are great.

Easy check in. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Nice big room with sea views. Breakfast was lovely. Choice of cereal. With a option to have eggs on toast. Great little break and will be booking again. Customer service was excellent
