Wow! What an absolutely fantastic hostess Amy is. Nothing was too much trouble, so lovely seeing such a smiley happy face greeting you at breakfast and any time of the day. Hotel was spotless and breakfast was lovely, hot and plentiful. Thank you Amy for being such a star and looking after 2 elderly ladies so well

Ideal location near to shops/restaurants. Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Great breakfast. Amy was so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble.

Very nice breakfast and cooked well. Extra toast, coffee or tea available. Excellent location. Very handy for all attractions. Close to railway station. Free parking on site. Bed very comfortable.

Lovely welcoming staff. Room was clean and quiet with a very comfy bed. Breakfast in the morning was excellent - some of the best poached eggs I've ever had. Exceptional service. Location was perfect for exploring Llandudno, very close to the pier and promenade and only ten or so minutes walk to West Shore Beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by.

Amy was a great host , nothing to much trouble, great night's sleep, very quiet,everything you need for your stay, Breakfast was tasty and plenty, parking on site bonus, good location for Llandudno town.
