The fine print
Before you book, please note that we are undertaking some repair work to our roof and have scaffolding around the building. There may also be some noise associated with construction, and the scaffolding is interfering with our TV reception. However, guests can log into their own personal streaming accounts on the TV.Please note we do have Scaffolding up around the front of the building. This affects the sea view rooms only.We are having on going work on the front of the hotel, this will be on going until September 2024.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The hotel was very quiet,clean and warm. Stayed in room 6 bay view room. The views will be amazing once the ongoing scaffolding has been taken down. We was already aware about the scaffolding prior to staying, as it was in the fine print.

On a corner situated Little Orme / Craig Y Don end of Llandudno, with front rooms sea facing. Ideally situated for visiting relatives who live in that vicinity. Rooms clean. Staff very helpful.

Lovely clean friendly hotel for the money bed very comfortable and lovely cotton bedding. Couldn't fault the hotel for the money. The continental breakfast was also good but would of liked a full English breakfast but not in ifferbat this hotel.

The hotel was easy to locate and had free on road parking on the side. It was in walking distance of the main town and retail parks. The hotel had self check in which made it more convenient for the stay and the communication with the owner was spot on
