So comfy and warm, very homely. Super clean, cosy rooms leaving you feeling very relaxed. Breakfast was amazing, great location and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Visit Llandudno often and would never think of staying anywhere else now, this b&b is perfect.

Absolutely spotless..nice friendly welcome..the room was cosy and warm just what you need on a november evening...bed was super comfortable....breakfast was fantastic we would definitely stop here again. Great value for money.

The property is a stone’s throw from the beautiful promenade, pier, Great Orme and tram and is also nestled amongst everything you’d need from shops to restaurants and bars. The owner went above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience and we were very well looked after. Thank you very much!

We had a lovely stay , booked last minute, it couldn't be cleaner, lovely bed and bedding,nice and snug room, everything you need in there, breakfast was a great quality cooked to order and fresh and delicious .great location across the road from the pier and around the corner to the shops and bars and restaurants.. we will definitely go back. Thankyou both for a great stay x
